🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At Wall Vibe, we take great care in packing every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Personal preference
  • Minor colour variations due to screen settings

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review your request, please email us with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging

Once your request is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • A replacement cannot be arranged for a damaged or defective product.
  • An incorrect product was delivered and a replacement is unavailable.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
